Absolutely delighted. All 50 locusts arrived alive and well and looking particularly juicy! Our bearded dragon was equally delighted.
Excellent quick service and they answer emails within an hour!!!!! which is pretty phenomenal at the moment.
Had been buying locally and it was very hit and miss with quality and quantity - half we’re usually dead and I had an hour round trip to be told - “Oh they’re not on the order today”
I will definitely be buying on a regular basis and would nightly recommend.

Highly recommend Livefood UK a brilliant service, I have ordered from here sporadically over the last few years but more so during the pandemic. Every order has been spot on with all insects alive and healthy, I bought a springtail culture to add to a bioactive terrarium in April which is also brilliantly thriving. There was a small mistake with one order which was rectified so quickly the next morning I really cannot fault their customer service, thank you and keep up the great work with keeping our pets fed.

"Dire Service, constant missing items."
Switched back to this company after not using them for years.
During the last few months I have had multiple orders with items missing which require me each time to contact them and get them to send the missing items.
This last order is the last straw. They claimed to send out my order last Thursday however I never received a tracking email. I queried this and they provided a tracking number. However that tracking number when checked on the royal mail site claimed royal mail had never received the package.
So after advising the order still hadn't arrived they advised they would send a replacement which I agreed to however they didn't send it out that day and sent me an email the following day claiming to have a "powercut" which prevented them from shipping.
They did eventually advise they sent out the order which they said would arrive today but once again I have received nothing!
I have asked for a refund and tried phoning them as I have now ordered elsewhere but I have had with no answer.
The only redeeming factor is the quality of the live food is good, shame the service is so dreadful.
*UPDATE* order did arrive in the end. received a sarcastic and unprofessional response from them I assume in response to the bad feedback. They were augmentative and defensive when I mentioned I found it suspicious they used the same royal mail tracking number for the replacement order. They ignored my request for a refund and to return and cancel the order. I will never use this company again.

"Big disappointment ."
Recommended by my vet nurse, my bearded dragon has been sick and I was desperate to find a Dubia supplier for him where they don’t all arrive dead . Ordered Saturday , arrived Tuesday- but no Dubias and no explanation . On emailing- still no explanation but was told a replacement would be dispatched yesterday . Mail has already been - no roaches . I clearly need to keep looking for a reliable live food supplier with good communication. I can only hope I get a refund, very annoying considering the dubias were the main reason for ordering .

So the replacement order arrived with one pot of 12 instead of two. So I paid £6.50 for 12 roaches and your email states my trustpilot review is harsh - yet I’m let down again . I would love to recommend you and feel confident to order again if things are rectified .

Have been using LiveFood UK for over a year now and highly recommend them! My last order I placed early morning on Tuesday and within two hours they were hand delivered to my door! Privileged to live in the same county. No dead on arrivals. Excellent quality and service.

Usually buy crickets from a local pet shop but it was a pain having to buy the little tubs all the time as my monitor doesn't waste time chomping through them but found this company who sell bulk bags and after reading a few reviews thought I'd order. Order arrived after 1 day which is phenomenal for the money and I literally did not find a single dead cricket (out of about 600) which again is phenomenal as I'm so used to having at least half a dozen dead usually more when purchasing elsewhere. Couldn't rate this company any better as service and goods are flawless. Will definitely be a regular customer keep it up :)
