"The BEST DECISION in my physique journey"
I’ve only started with Gary around early August last year (2023), and the progress I have made up to this point is just unbelievable. In the last five months, not only have I become stronger and more consistent at the gym, but most importantly, I’ve reached a stage where I have been so amazed on how my physique has transformed. What I have envisioned for myself is something that I CAN ACTUALLY SEE in the mirror, which really boosted my confidence and continued to drive my motivation. In terms of his coaching methods, I have high praises for Gary, since he really allowed me to be part of the whole planning process, making the whole journey as a collaborative effort between me and him.
