As with any new electronic device, there's settling in period where one is finding out what it will and won't do. I had one or two hiccups because I didn't understand what it was doing. Being a technical klutz this is nothing new for me. One comment that I would make is that the navigation app keeps putting up the same alternative route, even when I have rejected it and has a habit of doing this just when I get to a crucial junction. I'm sure that I'll work out how to remedy this in time. Delivery was prompt and it arrived in good condition.

Excellent service and response to questions, using on a coach and so far so good, quicker than a tom tom at rerouting and working out a route for a coach

Will not let me input certain postcodes
Will not allow me to input names of certain street names.
For instance Osgodby Scarborough, it comes up with no names of certain streets. Yet my Garmin has no problem. With driving a motorhome I need all of the roads and restrictions so as not to come unstuck. This the reason I bought this satnav so I could put in. My motorhome size so I wouldn't come unstuck. On a good note I am I impressed with other features. Please help me resolve these issues. I'm not a techno person. 71 years old and need a bit of guidance. Regards Steve Alsop

Too early to give 5 star but so far I'm impressed with not only the sat nav and dashcam for my motor home but the customer service is 2nd to none, Christian replies to your needs quickly.
I use the sat nav on familiar roads so i can see how accurate it is with instructions and so far i was suprised to be instructed to take a left turn when i knew it was good to ignore on this occasion so my verdict is still ongoing for a 5 star rating

"Absolutely brilliant"

A sat nav I purchased some time ago stopped working last weekend while we were away. I messaged on Sunday recieved a reply within an hour sent a discription and short video and it was in the post Monday morning. I have just had a message to say it's fixed ..no charge... up dated with the latest maps..no charge ..and it's on its way back... Absolutely brilliant.thank you
