Purchased via a Facebook advert but not before was reassured via extensive dialogue that this was the correct product for my needs. All my questions were patiently and thoroughly answered and an offer was made to pre programme the device with my vehicle details.
Device delivered the next day. Informative instruction booklet provided but set up performed without it. Bluetooth was very easy to set up and worked very well with automatic call answer. Trialed device in the car today on weekly local shopping trip due to current restrictions and did what it says on the box. Also entered a journey known to need to avoid narrow lanes and appropriate route offered.
Only issue encountered was assembling the mount and a video was immediately provided to successfully resolve the issue.
Looking forward to using in my horsebox once current restrictions lifted.
