I called NJ Discount Vinyl Siding to get a quote on roof repair after I had a mold problem in my attic resolved. I spoke to Bruce's brother who told me I would get a call back from Bruce that evening. Instead, I got a call from Amanda from New American Construction who set-up an appointment for Bruce to inspect my roof and provide me with a quote on the coming Thursday. That day, Bruce didn't show up. When I called NJDVS, I was told someone would call me back. I got another call from Amanda who apologized and then rescheduled the appointment for the coming Monday. On Saturday, I received a text from Amanda saying that the appointment was cancelled because they don't do inspections and would only provide me a quote for verified damage. So basically I'm expected to have another roofer who is willing to give me their time and attention inspect my roof with the expectation that they will be getting a job and then hand that project over to NJDVS/NAC? Are you serious!?! Very unprofessional and rather lazy. If you can't be bothered to even view the damage, don't expect to get the job!
