"My account got suspended, but the staff reconsidered."

My account got suspended because I used a VPN. After a few emails back and forth, the staff reconsidered the suspension because using a VPN was actually suggested by Hideout tv to pinpoint an issue with my account being temporarily blocked. I didn't know that "using a VPN" was simply connecting a VPN and pressing play on a video. I assumed it meant accessing Idle Empire and trying to earn points using the VPN. I think "quick connect" issues should be accounted for when deciding whether a user is acting with ill-intent or innocently. Maybe a warning? Or simply not allow access to the service when a user that lives in the Netherlands, is filling out survey in Sudan, 5 minutes later. Suspending the account permanently seems a bit overkill. But, whatever. Problem solved. Moved on. Some features need improvement, such as partners providing surveys that offer thousands of points, paying 50 or 75 points in the end because 98% through the survey they realize you were not the target audience... Wth? Seems a bit sketchy. I gave them my time and my info, I want the points they promised. Idle should have more control over that. The withdrawals are reasonable. Maybe a bit low. Overall, a good website.

Très bonne expérience et satisfait du service jusqu'à hier, j'ai passé la journée à répondre à beaucoup de sondages en respectant toutes les règles et bizarrement on me bloque les fonds car j'ai gagner plus de 10 euro.
C'est étrange comme attitude venant de vous, je suis déçu.
