"FAULTY Device and Unreliable Customer Service"

Im so mu h disappointed with the item., I just recieved the phone that i purchased from you.,3 days ago when upon opening screen is not working at all..,and this is supposed for my child to send today,and indint have time to wait coz i will be flying today.
I wasn't thinking of buying warranty because hoping that the item you send is working at all!!! as you adverstise all the gadget that your selling is working 100% but ist all lie.,
Update: Same goes here .,upon receiving the item wasn’t working at all., screen js totally black.,customer service ask me to schedule to pick up the item for checking.I ask to pick up on 1 Aug but no one came,.no message at all from the CS!! Until i message them the next day ,So i requested for the next week which is today!! UNTILL NOW no one came!! then i message again the CS again Name FARHAN and “ask me if WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER and WEREN’T WE HAVE COLLECTED ON 1st of AUG!!!! Oh C’mon my order number is in the subject itself in our conversation!! And off course i wont be asking again if the item was collected last 1st Aug!!!!!

"On July 21st"
On July 21st, I ordered a Samsung S9 Plus ( Purple). And it arrived at the Ninja Van warehouse on July 24th. Firstly, I saw the status that it would arrive at my home within the 25th or 27th of July. After that, the status changed to on hold, and I tried to contact Ninja Van and Comp Asia.
They said they are investigating this issue and will update me by July 31. But I saw the status change to cancelled. I contacted Ninja Van, and they said they have already started the refund process with Comp Asia. I tried to send an email and contact Comp Asis via WhatsApp. Sadly, there is no response. I don't know how to get my money back. They only know how to take the money from the buyer. They don't know how to answer or how to handle the issue. The one saddest thing is that I already purchased the mobile case and cover for that phone. It's not an expensive phone but I need it to use as a secondary phone urgently.

If you're lucky, you're good but I've recently bought a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and the back cover peeled off in less than 1-month leading to rainwater damages to the device. Received an email from CompAsia that they'll not be responsible for such damages although this device should splash-proof and even water-proof! Wasted RM 1800 in less than 1-month and they refused to reply my subsequent emails and left me in the dark. Hence, I would consider this a scam! Never buying from this company again.

Ordered the lowest-tier grade phone but the QC found some issues before shipping. Immediately informed me, and had a free big upgrade! Extremely good customer service - very responsive. A go-to shop if you need a used working phone.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Buy from COMPASIA if you hate your money and have lots of time to deal with their support.
- Buy from COMPASIA, received defective unit out of the box.
- No replacement, only repair.
- Repair finish, but sent me different unit (256GB vs 128GB)?
- 1 month later, no replacement because no stock and no refund.
- Finally got replacement but not in purchased color, and it's JAPAN unit.
So yeah, if you feel that you wanna try your luck and have lots of time to spare, please go ahead and buy from COMPASIA. Otherwise, I'd advise you to stay far far away with a 1000-foot pole if I were you.

Received my phone today s22 ultra and the led screen got problem.
The top light and side light is blur
Contacted the customer service but their reply is so long
So hard to contact them
And their WhatsApp’s is totally useless no one is replying.
I have been sending email to their support too but totally no care about this.

Very bad platform
After verification compasia customer service told me that they need to take buy the phone and do a check and can only send back to me after more than 7 days .
Dam bad service and their manpower is low.

their instacash app evaluate my device value for $100 then when their rider came to inspect they only offer $50 , I accepted the offer because I have no choice.
Later I saw they resell the same model device for 200$.

They are calling themselves a waste solution company by recycling for a greener world, but they are actually making tons of profit from it.

The idea of the site is splendid. They stipulate that they sell the original second-hand phones, but I contacted Compasia asking if they test and guarantee that all components of the phones are original or not, but they refused clearly answer this. I hope the company take transparency seriously.
