"Disappointed reading"

I thought I was purchasing a 12 month/2025 Tarot reading. This reading was to include specific events, lucky numbers, love interests etc month by month for 2025. I didn’t get any of this!
What I got was all about my Astrology outlook and the transits over a period of months throughout 2024 to 2027 and months within each year appeared to be repeats of same months in previous years!
It said it was to look at future events, love and relationships but didn’t get anything about this. Was about my personality and what to expect/or feel within the different transits?

Have to say I don’t recommend anyone getting a reading or money spell or into the future reading done off Chris at the start I thought he was very good but after a while nothing he send to my email was true was the same stuff he was sending to everyone else days after spells he would say ah you need to get another one done and it will be more expensive honestly it’s not right it’s demonic evil stuff I won’t be ever using anything from this man it’s all bullshit fake stuff on his page for the vulnerable to get readings etc off him won’t be for me use your head and think is this right for me has the other spells worked I’m not the only person who thinks this about him

This reading was a complete and another waste of time and money was repetitive but all the word didn’t make sense. Why can’t you just put it into Laymans terms? Everything was negative. I don’t think I’ll be using your services again Chris this is complete waste of time I would like a refund, please.

Just had 2 email readings this week and wow as usual Chris you are spot on. It makes me feel safe that my guardian spirits are protecting me at the moment just like they have always done. You’re correct on someone trying to contact me from my past, and I have ignored them and have now set myself the boundaries that you suggested. I have been through enough narcissistic abuse in my life that has destroyed me, so now I try to not accept it from anyone. Thank you so much I really needed these readings this week.

"Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service"

I had high expectations when I purchased a few psychic readings from Chris Riley’s team, but unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. The readings I received were vague, generic, and completely irrelevant to my circumstances—far from the personalised and insightful guidance I was led to expect.

I’ve reached out multiple times, expressing my concerns kindly and respectfully, hoping for a resolution or at least an acknowledgment of the issue. Unfortunately, the responses I received were dismissive and unhelpful, with little effort to address my concerns. I was told that email readings are for "general guidance," but this does not justify the massive lack of any specificity or relevance in what was presented as a bespoke service.

What’s even more frustrating is the refusal to offer any resolution, they try to prompt you to pay for a personalised reading with Chris if you want more information, though it's fair to assume that all readings you purchase should technically be tailored and unique to you. I feel misled and undervalued as a customer.

I regret purchasing readings and would caution others to be wary of investing in these services, particularly if you’re expecting personalised insight.

I had a New year ritual done, first one and I'm amazed at the positive reactions I've felt since receiving my first ritual. Better energy levels, calmer and happier, my financial situation is better too, relationships are more meaningful. Thank you Chris. "Very touchy "

I used to watch Chris all the time, but I’m frankly getting fed up with his moody outburst when people simply ask-a question. He’s constantly telling people they’re rude ( never to me). I think it’s quite acceptable to ask where a reading is, that was requested more than 3 weeks ago. Also, the reading aren’t always coming from him, but his ‘ team’.
I understand that we all need to make money to live, but he is pushing all the time. Either offering 3 cards for £9.99 or rituals for £17.99. If you’ve got a gift it’s to give to others not feed off the vunerable.
