I purchased 2 courses and have been waiting almost 3 months for them to activate the coupon codes so i can access the material what a scam Their customer service number never seems to be active and have not had any response from their email response team either despite numerous messages avoid at all cost!!!

A few years ago I had the honor to work closely with Balance Global and learn about the quality of their product, excellent customer support (especially Natalie), and also to see how many enrolled students managed to reach their professional goals. Recently, I've made a decision to start a Prince 2 course myself. There was no doubt who will be my course provider. Looking forward to my new career challenge!

"Poor customer service"
Waiting 2 weeks for a manager to call me back regarding an on-going dispute. The training consultant also sends me sassy emails.

I wish him a speedy recovery. But neither of us can predict the future so it is not guaranteed he will be returning to work anytime soon. Surly Balance Global must have someone to cover for him for in the meantime. If not than can his line manager call me back so we can resolve this dispute asap as the longer I wait the more this works in your company’s favour.

"Portal is Abysmal"
The online learning portal is un-usable.
There seems to be a major problem with their streaming system as i struggle endlessly to get the videos to play. It usually takes 10-15 minutes of battling to get a stupid 3 minute video to play.
This is definitely not a problem on my side, i have tried multiple internet connections (All speedtested and showing good download speeds). I have tried using multiple devices and multiple browsers on each device. P.s. All of my devices stream from other service providers (Such as youtube and netflix) in full HD with no issue.
Honestly, it takes an hour to watch 10 minutes of video.
Given the high price of the course, this is utterly unacceptable.

"Passed MSP Foundation and Practitioner First Time"
I bought the MSP Foundation and Practitioner on-line courses and exams. This is a 'stretching' course and exam. It was vital that, without the benefit of a classroom/face to face tutor, the structure, content and exam preparations were of a high standard. I put the time in, completed the course and passed both exams first time. The Balance global team were customer focused and a pleasure to deal with.Thank you Balance Global!
