Absolutely shocking company I purchased a jacket as a gift and unfortunately my sister already got one I sent it back and they have refused to refund me saying it was never received even though I sent it back to address named on there website,

Love that you can see all shapes and heights in size before ordering. I would have deffo gone much bigger and would have been way too big otherwise. Got the equidry lite and the lite ride on rain sheet in penelope pink! Both fit great, very comfortable does exactly what says on the tin and the colour is to die for!!!

"Equimac - poor design "

I have the equidry heavy coat which is an amazing coat.
However, I am extremely disappointed in the equimac due to the very baggy neck which allows a lot of rain to get in. It’s very weird that a rain coat has this poor design feature.

I did contact customer service and sent a photo of my wet top around the neck where the rain had got in and they said they wouldn’t take it back and refund it because it’s not a technical fault!
I wore it again today in heavy rain and everything is dry except my neck because it is so ridiculously baggy! And I had a baseball cap under the hood to see if that might help.
I love everything about the coat except the neck and I am stunned that no one else would find that a problem,
It needs a press stud further round so it can be fastened tighter.

The coats are incredibly well made, we now have four of them in our household! The company sends items out so quickly (I ordered yesterday afternoon at 2pm, paid for the express delivery and less than 24 hours later it had arrived!) The returns process is quick and easy. I wish every company operated like Equidry.
