"I had ordered my Photo Album Book…has not shown up it's been over 8 days"

I had ordered my Photo Album Book before my Birthday it's been about 8 days and the Photobook has not shown up. I am getting frustrated that I cannot track my Order to find out where it's at. All it says is it's in the Country of Destination that could be anywhere. The Tracker hasn't updated since July 31st and no matter what I try I can't find out where my Package is. Not sure if my Photobook will reach me or not it says it's shipped but won't say where it is. I hate that I cannot track my package. My Package better not get lost in the mail.Wish I could speak to a real Human and find out where my package is.-Jennifer Lawson

"Do not recommend this company"

Do not recommend this company. They are still charging me $5 a month when i have asked to be unsubscribed. there is nowhere in the account settings that allows you to unsubscribe. i sent an e-mail explaining my problem and got no response.

"Poor communication"

MyAlbum has been offline for a few days now. No-one has bothered to sent an email. explaining what's happening and when they will be online again. It's common curtisy to contact one's customers I would think and paying customers at that.
Very disappointing.

MyAlbum has completely won-my-heart.  They've shown stand-out support -- making customer service "human" again ... kindly & generously serving me over many exchanges in recent days.

Zeer goede foto service. Bij het premium-account kun je oneindig foto's uploaden. Zo heb je tegelijkertijd een handige database, waarbij je vanuit alle plekken je foto's kan laten zien en downloaden. Daarnaast is de website ook zeer professioneel vormgegeven; strak design en werkt uitstekend voor het laten zien van foto's. Erg gemakkelijk wanneer je een grote groep hebt gefotografeerd of vaker foto's maakt voor een bedrijf of organisatie. De mobiele app werkt goed!

Je kunt trouwens ook gemakkelijk als klant een fotoboek bestellen. Zonder al te veel moeite te hoeven doen maak je in een handomdraai een prachtig fotoboek voor een eerlijke prijs!

"Heel blij met Myalbum"

Ik ben erg blij met Myalbum. Ik heb inmiddels al de nodige albums aangemaakt en laten afdrukken. Het is een handig middel om met een groep foto's te delen, ook met mijn familie in Australie. Om foto's en films bij elkaar te hebben. Ik ben nu alle oude foto's aan het verzamelen zodat ik alles op een plek heb.

Het zou handig zijn als web en fotoboek meer overeen komen. Het is me weleens gebeurd dat in het boek hoofden wegvielen en dat is erg jammer. Verder zou ik een album willen kunnen kopieren zodat ik er eenvoudig een variant van kan maken.

Nu maar hopen dat myalbum nog lang blijft bestaan, dan heb ik mijn foto's fijn georganiseerd op een plek.

La herramienta web para crear el álbum es realmente intuitivo y fácil de usar, tiene muchas posibilidades y utilidades para organizar las fotos.

El álbum físico es de buena calidad, buenos acabados y la impresión se ve muy buena.

Volveré a realizar el álbum de 2019 con vosotros.
