Alert - Online shopping mall scam
Purchased a product but no delivery sent in 7 days, went to the website to check my order then now the website is unavailable. Awaiting fraud investigation for chargeback.

Update - I got a full refund from my credit card company through dispute which is a result of their fraud investigation.

I have tried to contact the responsible person "Lena" numerous times through FB messenger and emails, however she was silent up until I wrote this comment.

Now she's asking me to put down this comment because I got a refund.

I placed a order a month ago but the item never arrived.
It was a order with a discount code, for a shirt which was really cute and I really wanted it.
I ordered it on the 18 of December and it was supposed to arrive in 7 to 14 days but up to today, 17 of January, the item never arrived and after multiple messages and email without an answer, I decided to give up on it as it is impossible also to have a tracking number.
Sad because the store has a lot of things really cute and nice but what's the point if you order them but don't receive them?
