The products and shipping are fine. But twice now, probably a year apart, I've received an email with a discount code to use as a "welcome back, it's been a while since you've ordered." Both times code didn't work because "you've already used this code." Sending a code that doesn't work tells me that my business isn't important.

I appreciate Vita Sciences for making lotion forms of vitamins with safe and simple ingredients. I can not process oral vitamin d and most vitamins due to my health. My personal experience with the company is that the customer service is fast, friendly and helpful . I would recommend doing a patch test first of any new product on a small area of skin if you are a highly reactive person. I do recommend trying this company and the products.
