"Unhappy Lately"
I have been happy with Vita Sciences for a while now until my last delivery. It must have taken about two months for me to get my last shipment after numerous phone calls to customer service. I do need my supplements for chronic migraines and this is not acceptable. I even have my order on auto ship. You need to look into this issue to see what happened, otherwise I’m forced to take my business elsewhere. Thanks.
The company did respond to my comments which I appreciate. I’m updating my rating, but definitely keeping an eye out for anomalous situations. I think it would be more proactive to let your customers know what’s going on instead of being reactive to the situation after they complain, for future reference. Thanks.
