"Good outcome but could have been better"

They handled my closing at my timeshare. And while the closing went through before the end of the year as promised, it took 4 months to get through the process. The extra month was their fault for a minor error on the title. The people that I spoke to there were very nice and very helpful, however, and seemed to move things along a little quicker when I called.

Everything was exactly as it was explained to me. And I no longer have a timeshare I'm thrilled to have that monkey off my back.

I heard about this company via Bob Massi, the Property guy on Fox News. I needed to divest myself of two time shares, one in British Columbia and one in Cancun. One down and one to go! The one in BC was sold and the transfer was easy as pie. The Mexican one is more complicated but it is in the works. I had bad experiences with other companies that turned out to be scams. It was great doing business with Christopher Marks and Lurah Klaas!

I am very pleased with the services provided by Timeshare Specialists in getting me out of my timeshare after several attempts to sell it through timeshare sales companies that promised a quick sale and high selling price which never happened. In dealing with other timeshare companies in the past, I was quite skeptical. Everything they said they would do, they did! We donated our timeshare painlessly. They never charge an upfront fee. Our timeshare did not cost us anything to donate which was a nice surprise. They kept us informed all along the way and the title was transferred in less than the 8 weeks that was promised. We used them to donate 2 timeshares and are so happy we did!!
