I recently ordered some sympathy flowers, titled Lonely Time as the picture on your website looked nice and my father in law had died. What turned up was nothing at all like the picture. in fact it was totally embarrassing to me and to my wife who is over there now to help the family get through this difficult time. I will NEVER use this service again
