I have been purchasing extension from Foxylocks for over 8 years, the quality is just amazing, clips improved and hair is so silky and thick! The Color sometimes off from one length to another but it’s manageable to match through out. Never had a bad experience, never returned anything and I own 9 sets and all of them still in a great condition. Use foxy oil for nurturing.

I first had Foxy Locks about 8 years ago, and remember the quality being really good - However, now they're even better! The wefts are super sleek and blend in seamlessly to my natural hair. I can barely tell I'm wearing them! I took a guess on my colour match, and I'm happy to say that I got it spot on! I went for the Elegant 20" in shade Cocoa, and they're absolutely gorgeous. Delivery was also super fast! Will definitely be ordering all of my future sets from Foxy Locks ❤️

Ordered from foxy locks before.delivery time was spot on on the products are amazing.really luxury products for an affordable price.ive recommended the hair oil to everybody as it's the best oil I've ever used.ive just tried the shampoo and conditioner and it's incredible .also the purple shampoo.cannot recommend enough

I got sent a faulty hair extensions case from them and when I asked for my money back, they only offered me a 10% refund. It wasn’t my fault I’d been sent a faulty item but customer service made out it’s how I ‘felt’ about the item. So odd. I couldn’t send it back since I had already taken it abroad with me as gift for someone. I even said I’d be ok with half the money back, but no luck there either. The quality of the product is worse than something you'd find off Ali Express. The customer service felt really off, kind of like it was someone really young and inexperienced handling it. I would avoid shopping here again. If you want hair extension accessories go to Amazon as they will instantly provide a full refund without any of this inconvenience.

Edit: I didn’t opt for a 10% refund. It was the only option given. Again. I won’t be shopping here again.

I've been buying from Foxy Locks for years, but have also tried an Aussie brand recently, and I have to say my recent Foxy Locks purchase is my best one ever.
It's the softest hair, looks so real, nice firm clips, and no random black hairs scattered in, which usually seems to be an issue everywhere.
