MOLTO DELUSA DAL LORO SERVIZIO. Ho ordinato le extension il 17 luglio e ad oggi 7 agosto ancora non è arrivato nulla. Siccome so che il pacco può essere fermato dalla dogana non mi sono posta tanti problemi. Fino a quando, contattando Poste Italiane scopro che il pacco è fermo da una settimana in attesa di documentazione da parte del mittente, mancava il documento CN22, cosa che ovviamente non posso fornire io non sapendo cosa sia.
Davvero poco professionale il fatto che se non mi fossi informata io Foxy Locks non si sarebbe degnato minimamente di muoversi per inviare la documentazione richiesta.
Mi dispiace ma in azienda seria là si riconosce non solo dalla qualità dei prodotti che vende ma soprattutto dal servizio che offre ai propri clienti e la tempestività nel risolvere la problematica. Non comprerò mai più da loro.

The most luxurious and natural clip in. This looks like a product which has a lot of thought out into it. They come cut and styled which is something you won’t get from other cheaper extensions. It’s worth the money! Highly recommend.

"Do not buy them to dye them"

I bought some blonde extensions after checking with customer services they would be ok to be dyed copper. They insisted they were.

When they arrived, one of the clips was dangling off, and some others were loose.

I dyed the extensions twice, applying salon-use dye (Wella) with the same method I did to my own hair. My own hair came out looking beautiful. After two attempts and £50 dye the drain on hair dye, the dye wouldn’t take to the extensions. They went from bright copper in places to a muddy brown in others and looked ridiculous. I have been dying my hair and extensions for over 10 years and have never seen any come out this badly. I believe this is down to how the extensions were treated and their synthetic materials. They feel very plasticky and bad quality.

The dye was applied evenly and I could see the colour in real-time take in some places and the hair reject it in others.

Do not buy this brand if you want to dye them, despite what the company says.. A waste of £200.

The clips are quite strong but not as small as I wanted . It does appear smaller in the photo . Nevertheless I have made do with them .
