"Ordered the 'clip in' ponytail…"

Ordered the 'clip in' ponytail extension which is not a clip in ponytail. It's secured by a small weak slide which is unable to hold the weight of the ponytail up. I have had two separate hair trials for my wedding with this and both times it has slid down in my hair. I reached out to the company and recieved terrible customer service. Would recommend everyone to avoid buying any products from here!
I have no issues with the ponytail being secured using a slide, but one secure and strong enough to hold the weight up should be provided.

In reply to foxy locks response to this I never requested a return and have emails to prove this and my hairdresser watched tutorials . This company will do absolutely anything to cover their tracks and refuse to admit they stock poor quality products. This is not the first bad review that has been left about them and I'm sure it will not be the last! Avoid at all costs

Hair is matted and un usable after a few months. And apparently this is considered normal by foxylocks, as they state hair should last approximately 3 months. Customer service team is comical. Their hair used to last YEARS...(social media shows I'm not the only one with the same matted issue) don't recommend, save your money.

Price has increased by £100 overnight. Really disappointed to see this as a loyal customer since 2015 (bought 14 sets until this point). Will be switching to another brand as I can’t justify spending this much on hair which will last 6 months.

"Awful clips"

The hair itself is fine, however the clips on the clip-ins are awful. They don't stay in and fall out constantly compared to before and other brands. I had to sew on new clips because the ones they put on were so worthless.

I've received my hair extension and the the hair appearance seemed amazing at first, very soft. 20'' 200g of platinum hair extension. I decided to wear it as sew-in extension. It lasts 2 weeks and then the extensions have become dry and fuzzy like a scarecrow. Used good hydrating product, olaplex and K18... I took good care of it.... I don't recommand it.
