Hi I ordered this as a gift so selected to have gift wrapping as an extra. I don’t know what kinda gift wrapping this is but I don’t think a white envelope counts. The quality is also pretty bad with bits of the print missing

It took more than 2 weeks to arrive, the delivery guy texted me 3 times telling me he’s coming and didn’t come. And then the product came missing the stands.

"No package, status or information after two months!"
Despite placing an order almost two months ago, I have yet to receive my package or any form of communication regarding its status. A month ago, I reached out via email inquiring about the missing delivery, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response or information regarding the whereabouts of my package.
The complete lack of communication and follow-up has been incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I expect at least some information about the delays or what’s happening with my order.
I had hoped for a better experience with your services, but unfortunately, this situation has fallen far below my expectations.
