"Great service - quick delivery"

Direct Car Parts were easy to find on the net. They had the product I wanted, it was easy to order and they dispatched it quickly. Very happy with the service.

"DCP are good and helped me all the way, but UK Mail are abysmal"

I ordered a black Thule Dynamic 800 from Direct Car Parts, they didn't have stock so got one from Thule UK which they shipped to me. The carrier, UK Mail, are possibly the most incompetent carrier in the UK - they gave inaccurate information about delivery dates/times and on more than one occasion lied to Direct Car Parts (and never had the courtesy to even reply to me). Sadly Thule had shipped a silver Dynamic 800 to Direct Car Parts so we had to go through the same pain again fro UK Mail to collect it for return to Thule UK, who shipped a black Dynamic 800 directly to me using TNT (who while not perfect were MUCH better than UK Mail).
Direct Car Parts did everything they could to help sort out the mess that UK Mail made and but for the fact they didn't check that Thule had sent them the wrong colour I would have given them a 5 star review.

"Great Quality Product, Easy fitting, Good Performance!"

Was looking all over the internet for a "proper" performance backbox for my Swift that didn't involve modifying any aspect of my car's existing exhaust system or body parts, this was the only option other than "chopshop" style after-market ones that you had to make fit with adaptors etc.

You will pay a little more for this product, but it's worth it.

"Excellent service."

Ordered an Armster 2 armrest for my Fiat Panda. Was told delivery would be a few weeks, which is exactly what is was. I was only charged once the item was ready for dispatch. The item was posted to me by tracked mail and is now installed in the car. Job done. Happy customer and happy wife who can now rest her arm as a passenger. Cannot fault the product or the service. Would happily trade again. Thanks.

"very helpfull and you get what you want"

I have never had the experience in dealing with this supplier before but after ordering a part for my vehicle online and getting exactly what I required at a very good price I can only recommend this as a first class provider of vehicle parts, and I would certainly recommend them to my friends , Thank you Direct Car Parts.

"Good service let down by bad courier"

I ordered a couple of cans of Holts paint from Direct Car Parts. The order was despatched the same day and arrived at UK Mail's Basildon depot the next day. Unfortunately, it took a whole week for UK Mail to get the packet from their depot to my house. It was only delivered after I had complained. Apparently one driver claimed he couldn't find my house even though the road and house are clearly signed and on an estate.

Direct Car Parts might want to consider using another courier firm instead of UK Mail.
