We didn't want to give Cleaner Cleaner Ltd a 2 star rating. It started off with great customer service, quick to respond and made it easy to book their cleaners to do a after renovation clean. The cleaning was well down, however, when we went to check on the bi-folding doors we noticed it was pushed outside of the track and there was a deep scratch with the floor. Even though we know that the bi-folding doors have mov ed out of the track before, we even showed them a picture of the floor before and after. It is obvious that there was a lot of force used to move the door. We flagged to them that we were surprised of the force used to open the door and lack of care. We had to spend two hours dismantling the doors in order to get them back in track and have had to get the floors sanded to remove the mark. The response we received was disappointing "the mark was there already, it is obvious that this door has come out of the track before. We do take genuine concerns very seriously, however in this case it is clear that floor damage has occurred before, and therefor cleaners has got nothing to do with it."

The service was brilliant - arrived on time, was very efficient. It worked very well, amazing given how bad the damage was. I would certainly recommend.

Extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism provided by these guys at Cleaner Cleaner. I've used them 3 times already and I will continue using their services going forward. They do an immaculate job. I've got a beige colour carpet at home which looks great,however it also gets dirty very quickly and so maintaining it clean requires a lot of time and care.
Anyway being a parent of two kids you could imagine the state of the beige colour carpet after a few months, but after the outstanding job carried out by the guys at Cleaner Cleaner the carpet becomes so nice and fresh again. These guys are using expensive products and i am almost certain they will remove any stain that you may have on your carpet. Before Cleaner Cleaner i used to carry out the cleaning of the carpets myself using Rug doctor and let me tell you 'what a waste of money and time' compared to the level of cleanliness you'd get from Cleaner Cleaner.
I would highly recommend them to any home owner who'd appreciate a nice and tidy carpets.

I have had a regular carpet clean service from Cleaner Cleaner for a few years. Couldn't fault them. When I emailed at 1am in an emergency they were right back in touch when the office opened and they were here by 2pm. Quick, efficient and polite.

After they had finished, a wet sponge on the window sill came up black.

I also added the curtain steam clean, but after checking there were water marks and dust all over the curtains. The inventory officer said it hadn't been done properly, if at all.

When I called to complain, she basically couldn't care less.

They promise it all, but their work is shabby.

My brother-in law had been living in a newly renovated flat of mine for 18 months and I honestly don't think he had ever cleaned anything. The kitchen sink was literally black from caked on crud and the bathroom was disgusting. The carpet looked grey from all the accumulated dust and hairs. It was a hovel. The ladies from Cleaner Cleaner turned up and I left them to it, hoping that they managed to make it look half respectable. I returned 4 hours later and was honestly amazed. It looked like it had when I first let my brother in law into the fronnt door 18 n-months ago. The kitchen looked new and the bathroom shined. The carpet was clean, and the furniture had been moved to clean underneath. The flat was lighter as the inside of the windows had ben cleaned as well. I honestly couldn't be happier. THanks very much.
