"First and Last time"
Recently I placed my first order on this store, and never expected a so called 'luxury' online store can gave me such headache.
The shopping and payment process were actually fine, no complain here. My order was shipped in 2 days, then the surprise starts. They use UPS for my order, however when I received the box, the bottom was completely cracked to open, seems like someone throw it around, and the box they use is rather thin and brittle, definitely not the box you like to hold your expensive orders. I could tell if there was no wrapping paper inside all my stuff will be lost.
Then the 2nd nightmare, the return. I filed to return 2 items, and have sent back via their preferred UPS. I'm not so sure how the box arrived to their warehouse, but I received an email from their customer service saying that one item is missing from my order, without any proof that the item was missing. How could i believe it wasn't lost during transportation? or taken by someone else? Instead of investigate a bit, just blame the customer.
I have used so many online stores, this is by far the worst experience I had, I guess my lesson learnt here.

Golden Goose Sneaker wurden vor 4 Monaten bestellt mit der Bestellnummer T0011609424.
Das Material an der Sohle löste sich sofort und somit wollte ich mein Recht auf Garantie in den ersten 2 Jahren in der EU geltend machen. Nach 1 Monat kamen die Schuhe angeblich repariert zurück, was leider nicht der Fall war.
Das Material löste sich weiterhin und auf dem Sohlenrand standen Klebereste ab.
Seit über 2 Monaten ist es ein hin-und her und LuisaViaRoma antwortet jedes mal mit, der Zulieferer hat noch nicht geantwortet.
Das ist ein vollkommen schlechter Kundenservice und ich würde jedem Empfehlen bei Golden Goose selbst zu bestellen, dort versteht man noch den Begriff Garantie.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I received the items very quickly however when they arrived, my daughter could not fit them, so I instantly went through the process of sending it back with the security tag that comes with it attached. When I sent it back, they came back with an email stating that the security tags were not intact and that I wouldn’t receive a refund. Well that’s that was truly wrong. I sent everything back with the security tags attached. Then once I told them that I did send the items back with the security tags on them I was told that when I received another email, it stated that it wasn’t the security tags now it was the quality meaning they’re saying that it was worn or that anything that made them think that it wasn’t in quality for what their saying. Then I reached back out again stating that that was untrue and that everything was never worn washed or anything that the security tags were still attached so apparently they sent the order back to me because I received a phone call from DHL stating that my package from them was about to be delivered so I was like oh no I literally rejected the package so that it could go back when contacting them with the number that they have on the site, I was then told to give the information to them which they took. She came back with everything that I said and said that now is something else so I then told her I was gonna write a review. I already have contacted the Better Business Bureau And that I also was gonna take to social media because this is wrong. You shouldn’t treat people like this when I say that next thing I know a message come says you have been kicked out the conversation when I then tried to contact back. They hung up in my face before I could even say anything to them so they must have caller ID, but at this point do not and I repeat do not Buy anything from these people. The customer service level is horrible. Their refund process is horrible and I wouldn’t put anybody through this. This is why I’m leaving a review.

I paid for express shipping, which guaranteed delivery within 2 days, but the package arrived 6 days late.

Paid 26 euro for an express delivery and the item will arrive a week later, their respond was that it is a sale season and that’s why will take longer, and my question is why let people pay 26 euro for express delivery i you can’t make an express delivery? Unacceptable

Made 2 orders in the last 2 months. Very nice prices when items on sale. Fast shipping. One item had to be returned (didn’t like it) - no problems, very easy process, the money came back in no time. Second time just to be sure asked for the measurements and recieved them the next day - thanks once again Giulia:)
