Awful! I was told that I would be charged $25 for showing up and $25 for basic service. The tech said he couldn't pick the (very simple) lock so the total would be $169. Outrageous! If he couldn't open that lock, he can't open any lock. On a cold late night, you really have no choice. They really took advantage. Very misleading.
