Easy, understandable ordering, quick delivery in world class packaging (and temperature) and meat that was lean, flavorful and tender. It also didn't weigh me down after eating it like a lot of red meat does.

Consuming the filets made this experience great! The delivery left something to be desired, I wasted a perfectly good 90 degree pool day watching for the truck from inside my front window. My delivery time was 1:15 PM-3:15 PM and the delivery was made at 4:03 PM. But, they were delivered next door. I hollered to the truck driver asking if he had anything for me and he went back and retrieved the steaks from the neighbor's porch!! Had I not been watching, they would have thawed and been ruined in no time. Perhaps perishables should be delivered early in the day!!
