I always get the grass fed/finished beef bc I prefer a healthier option & grass fed has the omegas your body needs. The grass fed Piedmontese hamburger has a different consistency. So soft & easy to work with. The rest of the beef I order includes grass fed stew meat, steak tips & stir fry you don't even need to add oil to a pan to brown the meat if you want to save on calories. I have ordered from them for several yrs now & they never disappoint me. I am a very satisfied repeat customer. 🙂👍

We were purchasing from a more local business, but their upcharges were over the top. Then I found that Piedmontese sells direct so I thought I would try them out. Good quality ground, packaged well, arrived very fast and packaged to ensure there would be no spoilage. We are very happy so far, and will be back

"Hickup but great food and service"

I had a little trouble getting into the payment portion of the website. I tried several times, and got an error. The next day, I was able to process the checkout, I was due free beef as a first time customer, but when I had to complete the order the next day, that offer was gone. I emailed later, and was told I should be able to receive something if/when I place a next order. Once the order was complete, the order was fulfilled correctly and I have already cooked and eaten some. Very good.

We follow Mike Dolce and he’s always mentioned he gets all his beef from Piedmontese so we were interested in trying them out. We’ve ordered beef from different farms before over the years. We ordered ribeyes and flank steaks and tried the ribeyes the day after they came. They were great! Super good flavor, pretty lean for that cut of meat. Can’t wait to try the flank steaks next - highly recommend trying them out.
