Everything about my experience was a five star feeling; the website is super easy to navigate, the shipment was both well organized and well protected from thawing out in transit, the packaging is user friendly, but most importantly, Piedmontese is some of the tastiest beef our family has tried.

My family loves the taste and flavor of Piedmontese products! They always arrive frozen and are packaged to be put in the freezer. Ready for quick and easy preparation. They cannot be beat!

My order arrived quickly and was securely packed. I was disappointed to learn that the product labeled as stir fry beef is more of stew meat that requires two hours of braising. On the other hand the flat iron was tender and flavorful. A side note here: I already know that the flat iron has a tough nerve that runs down the center and has to be removed. It would be helpful to others who are not familiar with the cut to provide that information. I will order again in the future.
