I placed an online order and after doing so, realised I had forgotten to add another item. This other item would have incurred additional shipping costs if I had placed a separate order. I spoke on the phone to a young lady who was friendly, professional and very well mannered. She very kindly added the additional item to my order and therefore I was able to avoid extra shipping charges.
