I ordered before 3pm on a Thursday for next-day delivery. I received an email before 3pm that day saying the item had been dispatched, one would think for delivery on the next day, Friday. The item did not arrive until the following Monday. No explanation or apology was offered. Otherwise a good piece of clothing at a good price.
