Traumatic in the extreme and not "finished off" well.

Resin rolled gravel looks lovely but the mess it made was unbelievable.

Work we contracted to be done on our shingle was never done and we declined to pay for this. Such a shame. All workmen seemed very hardworking, but were not entirely forthcoming and did not tell us that they were deviating from what we had been told would be done, and this left us with lots of things to do. Clearing up after them was phenomenal. Beware. Very efficient when it came to asking for payment!

Prompt service. Excellent workmanship. Very friendly staff. Work completed well within time scale given. Cannot fault. All old decking, subframe taken away and whole area left clean and tidier than it was before. Would highly recommend.

"Large decking replacement"

OMG replaced our large, very tired, timber decking and structure. From the first online enquiry to completion, communication was excellent and we were always made aware of progress. We did visit the showroom, which is well presented, so we were able to choose our product informatively. The installation team were outstanding and had to work through some very challenging weather. They were always on time, very hard working, diligent, conscientious, tidy and friendly. We can’t recommend OMG highly enough as our timber structure, composite decking and composite balustrade are exactly what we had hoped for and we can’t wait for some better weather so we can enjoy it. Our thanks to the whole team. Will definitely use OMG again.

"Large Composite decking replacement"

Had a large rather complicated composite deck replaced - including timber substructure. The planning, communication and the installation team where excellent - and great to work with. They were on time every day, worked tirelessly (whatever the weather), and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will certainly use them again. I am in an associated trade, so I know good quality when I see it - and these guys are the real deal.
