I've had a global heath insurance policy brokered through Chase Templeton for about 20 years.It has an automatic renewal process each year. This year I was contacted by Chase Templeton during the renewal period with info about a different policy with similar benefits that was around 30% cheaper. I was accepted on the new policy without requiring a medical or even having to send anything by post. I'm now saving about GBP1,000 per year. You might ask why didn't they notice this and switch me decades ago, but I think the answer is because my original policy had increased its premiums dramatically over the last 2 or 3 years which made it become uncompetitive only recently.
