I love the products and I have been very reluctant to write this review but having been a long standing customer I was surprised that on the first issue I have ever had I came away feeling it was my fault. The response was initially positive but then a deathly silence when it was passed onto a higher being. I was simply trying to use a discount voucher that was not accepted. A tip if you have points accrued you cannot use these with a discount code and when you try to remove the points the discount code is still not accepted. Unfortunately Stoneglow have now lost a loyal customer.

I love all the fragrances,the diffusers last a long time ,quick delivery. Love getting the bargain packs ,unfortunately my husband mistakenly ordered two packs of diffusers instead of one candles and one diffusers
