"Appalling service do not order from Stoneglow"

Appalling service. Cannot comment about products as they never arrived. Stoneglow made aware of delivery failure which they blamed on Evri. Despite acknowledging the delivery failure Stoneglow sent no replacements and also declined a refund until they had “processed their own claim with Evri”. Requested escalation in Stoneglow received a reply with wrong email address. Assume that was deliberate as Stoneglow “admin” emails have received zero response too.

"I put this order in on 25th"

I put this order in on 25th. I was told Evri had my order last Monday then heard nothing. Tonight, I was in my house and got a message from Evri to say they couldn’t deliver or leave my parcel in my designated safe place (my garage). I’m really unhappy with this terrible customer service and the delivery courier.

"Not a good experience"

Items well packaged. Unfortunately, out of the 3 scented cards ordered, only one has a scent. I have the other two in my wardrobe and I cannot detect a scent. Will not buy from this company again.

I'm not the kind of person who picks fights, but the reason why I bought the cards in the first place is that the website states "Portable perfume card, hang in car, wardrobe, airing cupboard, pop in your gym bag for fragrance on the go!" Therefore, if the cards are not appropriate to hang in one's wardrobe, Stoneglow should not advertise them as such.

Really disappointed in the size of the cinnamon and orange room spray. I have purchased this many times previously and it came in a normal sized bottle but this time it was tiny. This was not obvious from the image as it was displayed in a Christmas gift box. Very disappointed.

I have the fleur aquatica diffuser and now I have bought the refill. Excellent sale price and the candle gift as well. Gorgeous scents.
