Ordered my clock and was told to expect it approx 6 weeks after which was fine. The time came and went with no info offered from Benatti.
I emailed twice only to get an automated reply saying they would get back to me - nobody did.
I phoned and left 2 voicemail messages - nobody got back to me.
My clock finally turned up approx a month after it should have done with no prompts/info from Benatti.
Clock lovely.
Customer service - appalling.

looked very much like the photo when it arrived, so was pleased with that/ good colours and was quite full with 'folliage'. only qualm was it was a little on the squashed side- just a few of the flowers. it was packaged very well though so not sure how this happened, but the price indicates it's not going to be incrediable in my experience-...(bound to be a hicup), still very happy with it though and looks great despite.

The items themselves are lovely.
However I had to chase the seller for the correct reference number for the delivery company 3 days after they were meant to have been despatched, only to find out from them that they hadn't been sent to the courier at all ! !
An apology was made by email.
This considerable delay meant that the items weren't delivered in time for the very special date that they were needed for ( a Wedding day non the less )
The seller was made aware of this by email but as yet no reply has been offered. Very disappointed with their Customer Service and lack of aftercare.
