6 the delivery man didn't even ring the door bell or knock on my door.it was a heavy delivery so I shouted him back .he then put the shelving into my garage.

Courier (DHL) reliability very bad, so much so that Tufferman refunded delivery charge!

I placed an order on Monday 6 x plastic boxes with lids. One of the boxes was split & a lid missing.The aftercare was absolutely brilliant.Rang up on the Wednesday replacement of 1 x box & lid being delivered tomorrow.

I ordered 3x1600x450 shelves, and they cost me nearly £260. Considering that the quality of the product is pretty basic, I feel this is too much for what you get. It's easy to get distracted by the headline offers and not appreciate that the other products are not similarly discounted.
