Product is great and good price. Unfortunately some of the plastic boxes were damaged on receipt. The customer service however was excellent, I emailed on the Saturday after unpacking and identifying the problem. Customer Service is only open Monday to Friday but by 9:10 Monday morning they had been in contact to confirm the problem and replacements were sent the same day.

"My first order with Tufferman"

My first order with Tufferman was for some racking, benching and euro containers. If I was reviewing based on product quality only it would be a close to 5 star review with the quality of the product great. Only had a small issue with some of the shelves being too tight a fit and requiring a slight trim. Unfortunately the logistic partner is not up to scratch. I ordered next day and had a failed delivery due to the logistic company sending a wagon way too big for my road even though it is a main 2 lane road! Then they redelivered the next day but upon unwrap I found substantial damage where it looked like they had dropped the pallet and the euro containers had also been damaged by the straps. I contacted customer support at Tufferman and they were great in resolving everything no quibbles. Replacements were sent out promptly although there was again very minor damage to the shelves for the benching which are chipboard. I think the combination of not enough protection and rough handling means this is potentially a continuous problem. I also had a separate pickup from the logistics company for the damaged products followed by another driver turning up a week later to pick up the items that had already been picked up so there seems to be problems with the logistics provider from my experience at least. I have given 4 stars on the fact that the products is good and the customer service was great (especially Jade who dealt with my emails). Would I order again? Yes, but I would be checking the delivery a lot more closely in the future.
