Apart from some slightly damaged corners, which is always a problem with mdf/chipboard.
It all got delivered at once, next day delivery was actually next day which is always a blessing lol

Order came on time. Being in my eighties and not so agile, it took a bit long to figger out what went where. Once that was done on the first unit, other two were easier. Finished units are great for use in the garage.

Unit arrived with rusty parts and damaged shelves. The support beams don’t fit properly, therefore don’t take any weight and just fall out. Customer service engagement painful - had to provide endless photos before any resolution was offered. Replacement parts still don’t fit because it’s a bad design. Customer service rep recommended I bend the parts to fit with a screwdriver… Was offered a partial refund at one point which was then retracted by someone else. I’ve given up trying to get my problems resolved and am settling for a really poor product at a premium price point. Wish I’d gone with BiGDUG!

Goods were damaged in transit and replaced at the earliest opportunity with no problems.

Shelving unit was easy to assemble, but definitely easier with two people. Not convinced the shelves will support the weight advertised, but that's not an issue for what we want to store. There was a mistake with the delivery date, but this was very quickly, competently and politely resolved by Jess.
