Delivery was excellent, it arrivìved exactly when they said ìt would.Very strong shelving units. The assembĺÿ instructions could be better as they are mainly in picture format. Order was incomplete & I still haven't received the missing parts, a week later.

We also ordered 12 plastic boxes, one arrived broken, tufferman customer service were brilliant, responded straight away and sent replacement box at a time to suit me. Can’t fault the product or the customer service from first contact to full completion of order. Would definitely buy from them again, very pleased all round.

"A generally well made product."

A generally well made product with my only criticism being the quality of the MDF board which seems to distort over time. However, this hasn't deterred me from buying more shelving product from them.
