The video call was maybe 5 to 10 minutes. It was smooth and seamless. This service is great! I highly recommend it. Wasn’t sure if I’d have to provide medical records, which were a bit more of a hassle to obtain during the current climate, but I didn’t need them. Easy Peezy. A+.
