I saw a rat in my back-yard. 3 appointments in total - did the job - very pleased! Got 1st appt within days - poison down, rat holes blocked. 2nd appt the following week, more poison put down. 3rd appt the next week for final clearup and checking that all holes blockd & all rats dealt with.Thank you!
