"Great product and service"

Great product and service. Looked at all the usual places and decided to go in the showroom despite it looking out of our budget for a smaller kitchen. Matt put us at ease and worked with our constraints to put a great room together. Karol the fitter was really good too, very calm and methodical. Very happy with the overall finish. Much preferred going with Prestons than one of the bigger firms and the price for our quotes was comparable so don't be put off!

"Excellent Staff, Design and Superb Quality German Product"

Excellent Huddersfield showroom. Welcoming interested knowledgeable staff. The designer Mark was very thorough and happy to adjust the plan until we were perfectly happy. The kitchen units, appliances, etc arrived on the agreed date ( two missing items were chased up quickly ).
The installation team provided by Prestons did a very good job which made our chosen high quality German kitchen look superb. ( One small niggle - the installers could have been better at informing us of times of arrival etc). Overall we would highly recommend Prestons Kitchens and their first class Nobilia products.

"Love my kitchen"

We had been to a few kitchen showrooms prior to visiting prestons kitchens but immediately my husband was sold on the quality of the products and I fell in love with the design photos. Both Chris and Matt’s communication was excellent, responding in a timely and knowledgeable manner to any queries we had. They were also fine with us buying our appliances elsewhere and them fitting them. Karol the main fitter was friendly and efficient at each of his visits. Overall it has taken a few weeks to be fully completed but it was worth it to get the finished look. The only stress I had was some friction between my builder (who had built the extention to house the new kitchen) and the kitchen fitters and coordination between tradesman but I think that’s probably to be expected when there are multiple tradesman involved in a project. We now have an amazing kitchen that we all enjoy and is the envy of our friends and family. Can’t thank Chris, Matt and Karol enough!

"Friendly, professional perfectionists."

From the moment we stepped in to the showroom, we knew that this was the company we would choose to spend our very hard earned money with. The showroom is beautiful, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. We were initially concerned about the possible cost as the quality looked amazing but in comparison with other companies, they were competitive. The fitting of the main body of the kitchen was very smooth and we were without major appliances for a matter of days. Unfortunately, Nobilia made an error with the worktop which was fitted and then later replaced. Being truly honest, there were a few snags which took a couple of weeks to sort out but nothing terrible - we are fairly laid back and Prestons have excellent customer relationships and sorted everything out eventually. Huge thanks to all the team, we dealt with Matt, Chris and Adam. Particular mention to Karol, our fitter who was an absolute workhorse! I would recommend Prestons without hesitation. A little hidden gem but very near Clip and Climb in Preston so if you have kids, bribe them with a visit there to keep them quiet in the showroom whilst you discover and choose a beautiful German kitchen!

"Fantastic kitchens and service!"

Having moved into the area recently, me and the Mrs (more her!) decided we needed to upgrade our kitchen as it was quite old and not in the style of the rest of our new house, its an old Victorian house. We had a design from Wren Kitchens we thought was okay but the service we received from Chris and then the young man Matt was exceptional and we were sold instantly. They talked us through how the German kitchens they provide are brilliantly made and how easy the process is. We had to pay a bit more than we budgeted but it was worth it, as the whole experience was seamless including the fit. Fantastic kitchen and fantastic service, I couldn't recommend these guys any higher!

Not any more , even went on holiday for a week, came back to a fantastic new kitchen!

The service we got from Mark was excellent from the planning of the kitchen to it being delivered within the agreed time scale . I found these German kitchens are very good value for money and our fitter said with them coming pre built with only the handles to fit it saved a lot of time as apposed to it being flat pack, this intern had saved me money.
