Also wieder ein Beispiel für schön verpackt aber leider nix besonderes. Die Internetseite zeigt mir hochwertige Produkte liefert leider nicht das was die verspricht! Chinaware in gewohnt mäßiger Qualität! Kein Schnäppchen für diese Qualität! Lieber nicht kaufen! 👎

Keine Möglichkeit der Retoure.

Ich habe bei symbol.fashion Valentino Sneakers gekauft. Lange Lieferzeiten. Außerdem haben die Schuhe zahlreiche Gebrauchsspuren und sehen insbesondere an den Sohlen nicht wie neu sondern als getragen aus. Meiner Meinung nach wurden die Schuhe bereits getragen. Symbol.fashion sieht das aber als normal an und ist nicht zu einem Nachlass bereit. NIE MEHR WIEDER!!!

Placed an order a week ago, no processing, no shipping. No communication. Took the money and nothing. They do not accept paypal so now I have initiated a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back. Avoid, it's not worth wasting time and money.

Ich habe über einen Facebook-Link 2 Shirts bei Symbol Berlin gekauft. Eines hat leider starke Fehler an den Nähten. Daraufhin habe ich um eine Rücksendung gebeten. Es meldet sich niemand mehr auf meine Mails.

All'inizio ero un po'scettico..ma alla fine l'esperienza d'acquisto è stata eccellente, l'assistenza adeguata e sempre disponibile. Si aspetta un po' per la consegna, 8 giorni lavorativi ci vogliono, ma alla fine sono stato super soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Da oggi Symbol Fashion è tra i miei preferiti. Consiglio.

"Be careful.Scam. Better to avoid"
I have ordered from here 2 times. Before the first shipment, they sent me the pictures since the product was damaged asking if i still wanted to have it. I decided to proceed with the shipment since it was the last one and I liked the product. I went to fix imperfections and paid myself for it. The second time i ordered shoes. Again, they send me pictures saying the product is damaged (second time in a row becomes quite suspicios), but I can still return it later if something is wrong. When product arrived, i tried shoes and they run small to me, so i decided to return. Fun part stars here. Once my return was delivered i have not received any confirmation. I waited for some time and wrote myself. They told me i damaged the shoes and they can not accept the return regardless of the fact that they sent product to me already damaged. I still havent recevied money back, shoes were expensive. What they do, they try to get rid of damaged items that unlekily to sell and then dont accept the return blaming the customers for it. Despite of the EU law, no refund has been received. Better avoid this shady ecom platoform.

Worst customer service. DHL lost my return parcel and the customer service has zero solutions for the customer. I will never buy again from this e-commerce
