Sellmyhome.co.uk is the future of estate agency! I arranged a quick and easy viewing through the site and it was really refreshing to meet the vendor first hand. I now see that online agency certainly has its place and if there are good solicitors on both sides, my view is that it's a no brainer!

I have used 'Sellmyhome.co.uk' twice now and have found them to be efficient and easy to deal with. When using an online agent you have to be comfortable conducting viewings yourself of course but this is reflected in the price which altogether represents great value for money when compared with the traditional estate agent.
I would certainly use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to others.

I was recommend using Sellmyhome by a friend. Before registering, I rang them up because I'm always slightly cautious about how online businesses deal with customers who want to speak. They're very professional and responsive on both email and the phone. The website is great. Easy to use, managing viewings was a doddle. We had 5 viewing requests within the first few days of the property being marketed, and two people offered the asking price. I really don't understand why homeowners still insist in using high street agents. Seems archaic! If I end up selling again in the future, I'll use these guys. Thanks so much.
