"Sinds 25 mei kan ik het Home8 systeem…"

Sinds 25 mei kan ik het Home8 systeem niet meer gebruiken. Het valt niet meer te benaderen en herkent de gateway niet meer. Volgens Epine gaat het hier om een wereldwijd probleem. Telefonisch kontakt is niet mogelijk voor service zaken. Wel wordt het systeem nog steeds aangeboden.Kortom onbegrijpelijk. Afrader!!!!!

My system stopped working 4-5 weeks ago and yet no response from customer service, called and emailed them several times, if they can't fix an issue like this , they should not operate as a company who sells security services

"I have sent several emails to Home8…"

I have sent several emails to Home8 support and no response for the last 2 weeks…not even an automated response that they received my email…I also called their support number and left a message, but no response back…They indicated in their only response she that issue was being caused by AWS which appears to be total bull! The system worked fine for about 3 years and now my home is unprotected…i am going to stop payment on the next transaction for July…How can they get away with this!!?!?

"We need to do a class action lawsuit…"

We need to do a class action lawsuit against home8. This is ridiculous that we cant access our own security system, no customer service helping us, not answering phone calls or email's and just a waste of our money. So much anxiety and stress. I should of just went with ring or blink. Home8 is a Terrible company.

"This has been a great system well worth…"

This has been a great system well worth the price. I've had it for years and tell my friends about it. It suddenly stopped working several weeks ago, and now no technical support at all. Nothing. And after I just bought 2 new heat sensors. A real bummer.

"My whole home8 ( 4 cameras"

My whole home8 ( 4 cameras, 4 sensors 1 sirens)systems completely stopped working 2 1/2 weeks . I tried to sign in and reset didn’t work. I tried to call and emailed home 8 but no respond at all. We should file a lawsuit this company for good?

"Doesn't Work and No Support"

My garage door opening system and video hasn't worked for over 2 ½ weeks now. No one is available to answer the phone calls or emails. If this isn't fixed, I suggest we mount a class action suit. This was expensive and is now useless. I've had my system for only one year.
