"Shocking customer service"

Can I fault the products ? No not really.
My issue is customer service ! I spent 2k on products here and delivery arrived without essential composite board clips. Was promised 4 times ( after calling them on 3 seperate days) to resolve the issue.
2 weeks later and no contact still ( and no refund ) I'm still waiting for them !!!!!
Customer service is absolutely shocking.
Such a shame.

Im a local landscaper and use rowswood for pretty much all my timber and fixing needs. High quality as it is mostly stored under cover out of the sun and at competitive pricing. Sleepers and fencing materials are especially good value from here. Incredibly helpful guys too.

We firstly purchased some decking for the children's play area at home, which arrived and was delivered promptly, it also came with all of the screws needed. We then bought one of the pub/picnic benches which has been great for party's and also for family meals outside.
I would highly recommend rowswood, the quality and service is excellent.
