"Impressed with professional service"
We operate a number of Elnur boilers, and while breakdowns are rare, when they happen it is a major problem. We had a boiler failure recently and David came out to fix it. He was prompt, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Although he had to return with parts to finally fix the boiler he was invariably polite, returned as quickly as he was able, and kept us informed throughout the process. I highly recommend him.

Having recently moved to an Edwardian property with no gas supply we were faced with fairly hefty heating bills over the winter. We are now up and running with our Elnur Gabarron smart storage heaters and have seen a huge difference in our energy consumption already. Our house is now toasty warm and at a fraction of the previous cost. James from iCozi was absolutely brilliant. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure we were set up to get the most of our heaters. We cannot thank him enough. I would not hesitate to recommend the iCOZi team, or Elnur Gabarron smart storage heaters as an efficient electric heating solution. After such a positive experience we are now hoping to upgrade the last few rooms to these heaters in the near future.

Very impressed with the prompt and excellent service we received. David came to our house to sort out an issue we had with one of our heaters. He was awesome, arrived early and was so helpful, explained what the problem was and how he rectified said problem. Gave me instructions on how to get the best out of our heaters.

"Icozi and Elnur solar HHR storage heaters"
I had 6 Elnur solar HHR storage heaters fitted in December 23. Firstly the service from Icozi was superb. David Johnson was my contact from the start, he visited on several occasions and was very knowledgeable, totally honest and very personable. He organised for me to talk directly with Elnur Technical regarding a couple of questions he felt they would answer better than himself and also arranged for me to speak to other people who had had these heaters installed. The install took a day and the electricians were very good. I am a bit of a perfectionist and can say they were installed very well with no mess, a very professional service. David also turned up to advise them during the install and check everything was fine. The bricks arrived by special courier, separate to the heaters which were brought on the day by the electricians - this is due to the very heavy weight. The bricks were palletised, wrapped but wet and this was discussed with Elnur who said there would not be a problem and this was the case. The HHR solar heaters are quite advanced, can use solar PV to charge them, wi-fi connected, monitor temperature conditions and usage to adjust their charge. My area of expertise is electronics and I had a number of technical questions. David organised for Elnur Technical support to discuss certain advanced settings the following day and I can honestly say Elnur Technical Support was superb in their help and advice. Elnur Technical Support can be invited to view the heaters online and see how they are working. They certainly are much more efficient than my 30 year old Dimplex heaters. However at this time it is too early to compare the energy use of them with the older heaters. They do store the heat more efficiently as they are not very hot to touch early in the morning and during the day the fans blow the heat from the core when needed. Concerns: (1) my wife says she can hear the fans when they operate, they are 'hamster cage' design and to be honest they are very, very quiet. (2) The instructions for the app could be better. Elnur agrees with this and hopes to make improvements. Saying that the telephone and email support they have given has been superb answering the simplest and more complicated questions efficiently and promptly. David from Icozi has contacted me on several occasions since the install to check everything is OK which I think is excellent.

Heater failed after 4 years. Contacted iCIZi and had excellent response. Was told an engineer would come and either repair or replace. Engineer Steve came within a few days and new heater installed. Excellent service
