Sold me a product that was NOT in stock. Chosen shipping method is the cheapest and the slowest the item can be shipped. Took 17 days for the item to get from Texas to California.
My reply to Fenben's response:
I'm continually dumbfounded that Fenben Labs never takes responsibility for 1) selling me a product that they did NOT have in stock, which delayed the initial shipping of the product 5 days. And 2) for their choice of shipping plan: "Ground Advantage", which is the cheapest and slowest way to ship a package. It relies on trucks to drive across the nation, which in the winter time, may cause much delay. In my case, even though there was not significant weather between Texas and California (I caught USPS lying about the "weather exception" that delayed shipping twice), my shipment stopped moving twice, once for 3 days and another for 5 days. "Ground Advantage" is USPS's newest and cheapest offering for businesses. It's great for the business, but terrible for the customer. Again, Fenben refuses to take responsibility for 1) selling me a product they did not have in stock; and 2) choosing the worst/slowest USPS shipping possible.
They did apologize and send a free extra bottle of Fenben powder, which my cancer-riddled brother is grateful for. Thank you.
