The quality of the repair was very good and the work was completed quickly. The communication before my car went in for the repair, was not great! I had to chase up the quote for the work as they forgot to email me, then once I agreed to go ahead with the work, I was told they would contact me once the parts were in but 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything. When I chased again, the part hadn't been ordered but they did then get my car booked in. It ended up being a lengthy process but the outcome was good.

The occasion of repair work being required for my car was as a result of a third party causing damage. Whilst there was inconvenience involved following my insurance company arranging a hire car including but not limited to me having to review various emails from the hire car company and having to deal with the various copious calls, dealing with Milford Bodyworks was the contrary - I delivered my car on the Monday and five days later my car was delivered to me in perfect condition with no interim calls or paperwork to deal with i.e. hassle free!

In fact, the bonus was that the car was thoroughly cleaned, inside and outside and also a cover for a light inside the boot was also clipped back when I had previously not been able to fix it properly.

I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Milford Bodyworks - top notch people and topnotch service!
