"Don’t waste your cash. Fraudulent company"

I ordered two tees from this fraudulent company. Both arrived poorly printed, ink faded.
I immediately wrote to them stating I was unhappy with the quality, they said I could return. I asked for the cost of my postage to be refunded. After all it wasn’t my faulty the quality was poor.
They agreed, I returned the items and sent them a copy of postage, they took ages to respond, they then told me
Once they received the items they would refund. A few days later I chased again. They said they were working on it. A few days past again and again I chased. To be told they wasn’t refunding my postage.
What the actual!!!!!
The service is awful. Considering they’re a new business they should be trying to keep customers not lose them. Waste of money! Now I am out of pocket. Bunch of fraudsters!
I would NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN and would advise anyone considering shopping on here to reconsider unless you want to be conned out of your money
