Unfortunately UKPallets dropped my palleted goods from a height, probably off a tail lift and destroyed it. Rather than own up to the damage they blamed it on the receiver.

It took me a good few days to find out who caused the damage and I am now still no closer to getting a resolution. I will never use this company again. Poor.

"Very Reliable"

UK Pallets have delivered 5 consignments for us now, without incident. I can't say how good they are when something goes wrong, because nothing has gone wrong. They have collected and delivered everything on time. One of the cheapest and most reliable freight couriers out there. Recommended!
